Upcoming Important Dates:
* March 12 - Spring Planning Meeting @ the Lion in Stouffville - 7:00PM
* April 19 - Casino Rama fund-raising trip
* April 26 - Spring Work Weekend
Cabin Notes:
* Ryan F & Peter Wilson cleaned all the food out of the cabin. Also got rid of extra broken vacuum.
* Ryan V, Stephen V & Peter Wilson will be heading to cabin this weekend for a "chainsaw party," which means there will cut wood at the cabin (at least that's what I hope it means...)
* Peter Wiinholt hasn't heard back from Matt about the cabin agreement
* Until we hear back from the camp, only registered members can rent out the cabin
* Here is the group rental rates: 1-4 people - $20, $5 per person to a maximum of $50 per weekend (ex. 7 people costs $35 per weekend)
At the next meeting we need know numbers for Rama fund-raiser. Details will be posted on the website. Everyone needs to start asking people if they're interested. Anyone want to make a flyer?

Rama Details
Date: Saturday April 19, 2008 (updated Mar. 4)
Cost: 20.00 dollars; this includes bus ride to and from Rama and a $20 Buffet voucher.
· We need 40 people to fill the bus. Maximum is 50 people (for the larger bus).
· Each member needs to fill 4 seats
· WE NEED TO FILL THE BUS OTHERWISE, WE PAY FOR IT
· Everyone on the trip needs to 19 or older. Under 25 needs to bring PHOTO ID
· No alcohol on the bus
Bus leaves GTA @ 2:00pm, arrives @ 3:30pm
Bus leaves Rama @ 8:30pm, arrives at arrival location @ 10:00pm
